In her new position, Ms. Kirby will be responsible for managing all traditional marketing functions, developing campaigns, advising division leadership on all aspects of advertising and managing Albertsons LLC's marketing in collaboration with corporate and division executives, according to a press release.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"> “Amy was a key member of the Ivie marketing team that helped us develop and execute successful marketing programs across our company during a time of constant change,” said Bob Butler, Executive Vice President of Operations. “Her extensive background in marketing with our company, Ivie and Albertsons Inc. combined with her creative, fresh focus on what consumers want today makes her uniquely qualified to step into this new role for our company and hit the ground running.”<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><img src="https://cdn.andnowuknow.com/legacyWriterImages/hl_albertsons_body_00.jpg" alt="Cropped Images Friday 02222013 2" /><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Ms. Kirby had been with Albertson’s Inc. as a Marketing Director from 1994 to 2000.
