Bland Farms is promoting Troy Bland to Director of Operations from his previous role as Director of Quality Control and Procurement, according to a press release.
“Troy has grown up in the business and has developed a deep understanding of all aspects of the company’s operations,” said Bryce Edmonson, CEO. “We welcome his promotion to Director of Operations and look forward to his continued contributions to the company.”
With more than a year’s worth of experience at Bland, Troy’s promotion to Director of Operations is a natural progression for him. His growth within the family business and on the farm has prepared him to take on the greatly expanded responsibilities to take on this new role.
