As a division of Grimmway Farms, Cal-Organic's latest product launch builds off of one of Grimmway's latest debuts—its 5 lb rainbow carrot chips foodservice item, which premiered at PMA 2019 in Anaheim, California. Now, at Southern Exposure, the company is sampling rainbow chips at booth #737 and showcasing the brand-new retail offering in the product innovation case.

According to a press release, Cal-Organic rainbow carrot chips are naturally low in calories and fat-free. Featuring an array of purple, orange, white, and yellow slices, these pre-washed, cut, and ready-to-eat chips are an excellent source of vitamin A.
