Church Brothers to Unveil Its New Baby Kale Medley at the 2016 Southern Exposure

SALINAS, CA – New and exciting additions to our industry are slated to be revealed at the fast-approaching Southern Exposure, kicking off March 3rd.
One of those on-trend items is Church Brothers’ latest addition to its superfood offerings: Baby Kale Medley.
“We’re excited to debut our Baby Kale Medley as demand for both baby kales and arugula continue to grow for the fresh salad category on menus nationwide,” Jeff Church, Vice President of Sales for Church Brothers, said in a press release.
The newest item, a blend of black-green and red baby kale leaves with wild arugula, is now available for the foodservice industry in a 3x1-pound bag.
The company describes it as having as mild nutty to peppery flavoring from the arugula meeting with the earthy flavor of baby kale.
Baby Kale Medley will be on display at its SEPC 2016 booth with a display of Church Brothers’ full line of value added items, including its new Kale Color Crunch, which is currently building sales in both Canada and the U.S.
“We appreciate how efficient SEPC is and how much business we can get done while our team is there,” Church said on launching at the show, adding that the strength of attending this regional show is in the ability it affords to connect with customers in a one day show format.
