OTTAWA, ON - As we pass the one month mark to the Canadian Produce Marketing Association’s (CPMA) 2017 Annual Convention, exhibit space has sold out for the May 9 to 11 show in Toronto.
“We look forward to welcoming the produce industry to Toronto for a dynamic and not-to-be missed Convention and Trade Show,” said association President Ron Lemaire. “CPMA 2017 offers a unique opportunity for the produce industry to engage, do, business and connect.”
With 576 exhibit spaces from more than 300 companies from around the world, this year’s event will be the 92-year-old show’s largest, according to a press release, with the previous record being 531 exhibit spaces for Montreal’s show in 2015.
The Toronto itinerary lists a number of highlights for attendees, including:
- Delegate and Companion Breakfast keynote speaker, Matthew Corrin, Founder and CEO of Freshii restaurants, on May 10
- Iconic Canadian band Barenaked Ladies performing on May 11 at the Annual Banquet
- The New Product Showcase on display throughout the show, featuring the most innovative products in the produce industry
The above offer educational, business, and networking opportunities to all those from across the produce industry.
The rotating show visits one of three major cities in Canada, Vancouver, Toronto, and Montreal, stopping in each every three years.
While exhibits are sold out, tickets to attend the exciting Toronto show are still available here.
See you there!
