<p>Crunch Pak took its sliced apples to the Big Apple with a team of 20 this week to give away free samples of fresh product under the company's electronic billboard in New York City's Times Square. Apple lovers were treated to packages of FlavorZ, Foodles and DipperZ and 2-ounce mini bags for four hours.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Krista Jones, Marketing/Product Development for Crunch Pak, tells AndNowUKnow, “We received excellent consumer feedback during our sampling day below our billboard ad in New York Times Square yesterday. Was a great way to spread the word about our healthy convenient snacks we have to offer in retailers throughout the nation.”</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Last week, Crunch Pak began offering a back-to-school promotion via its electronic billboard in New York City’s Time Square. The billboard carries a message asking consumers to “text the word APPLES to the number 65047” for a special offer. When consumers do so, they will be sent a link to a coupon for $1 off any size package of Crunch Pak sliced apples. The company is giving the digital coupon a unique number in order to track the redemption rate and measure how many people view and respond to messages on the billboard.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">
