REEDLEY, CA - Eastside Packing announced that beginning October 1, 2025, Cobblestone Fruit will assume management of the Eastside Packing facility in Reedley, California. Cobblestone Fruit comes highly regarded in the industry and brings a strong track record of operational excellence. Under their management, the facility is expected to expand capacity and enhance services for all growers currently packing there, including Cobblestone Fruit and Creekside Organics/Fruit World.
“Continuing to pack in the Reedley facility my family has built and operated for three generations is especially meaningful,” said Bianca Kaprielian, Co-CEO of Creekside Organics and founder of the Fruit World label. “Our growers and our customers can expect the same high level of care and service they know us for, now with even greater efficiency behind the scenes.”
Eastside Packing has long been a cornerstone for Central Valley growers, providing reliable, high-quality packing and cold storage services during critical harvest windows, a press release stated. Cobblestone’s leadership is expected to bring fresh investment in infrastructure, innovation, and operational improvements that will enhance throughput, streamline logistics, and strengthen quality control standards.
“My father built the cold storage in 1975, followed by the packing house a few years later, and it’s gratifying to see it positioned for the future,” added Craig Kaprielian, co-owner of Eastside Packing. “Cobblestone’s leadership brings the kind of investment and energy that will keep this facility thriving, while honoring the relationships and standards that have always been at the heart of our work.”
