DELANO, CA - Tomorrow, there will be tons of portfolio expansions and innovations on display, and this includes that of Four Star Fruit, which recently expanded its organic program, granting the company a year-round assortment of red, green, black, and specialty table grape varieties. The growth of this program comes just in time for the family-owned and operated grower to showcase its expanded organic portfolio at the Organic Produce Summit in Monterey, California.

Byron Campbell Jr., Owner and Field Operation Manager, Four Star Fruit“We have dedicated ourselves to transition older varieties into newer, more sustainable varieties for the future of our organic program,” said Byron Campbell Jr., Owner and Field Operation Manager of Four Star Fruit. “We are always looking for steps to increase production, allowing fewer inputs on the farm to reduce our environmental impact.”

With its full lineup of organic offerings on display, attendees will get a closer look at the company’s selection of red, green, and black grapes that are available for the summer season, a press release noted.

Doug Rossi, Sales Executive, Four Star Fruit“Our organic production has officially kicked off in the San Joaquin Valley area of California,” said Doug Rossi, Sales Executive. “In conjunction with our volume growth, there has been a 20 percent increase year-over-year for our organic Pristine grapes.”
