Houweling’s is welcoming industry veteran Kevin Batt to its Delta, BC farm operation. With over 13 years of experience working at BC Hot House and Oppy, Kevin will be well-prepared to represent the Houweling’s brand directly for the farm. He will officially join the company on November 25, 2013, according to a press release.
“I am excited for Kevin to join our team,” notes Casey Houweling. “It was important to me that we bring someone with extensive greenhouse experience, who knows our business, our customers, and can hit the ground running.”
Kevin says he is excited to join the Houweling’s team and be a part of the exceptionally well recognized brand. “Having worked with Casey before, I’m most excited to feed off the energy and passion he exudes, while bringing that same passion to new and established relationships.”Craig Laker, Director of Sales out of Houweling’s Camarillo, CA office, says he is thrilled to offer Kevin the chance to handle Canadian sales. This transition will allow Laker to have greater focus on Houweling’s California sales and procurement operation.
