SANDPOINT, ID – With organics rising in demand and the tart taste of lemon sending consumers’ cravings into a craze, North American Refrigerated Salad Dressing brand Litehouse Inc. adds its Organic Lemon Herb Vinaigrette to its Organic family. Big on flavor, yet light on calories, the new vinaigrette can add zest to salads and other recipes as it's bursting with the crisp, bright taste of lemon and delicious hints of herbs.
“Consumers love our Organic dressings, and we continue to expand the line by delivering new and delicious flavors that make every dish exceptional,” said Brooke Gansemer, Assistant Brand Manager, in a recent press release. “Pair this dairy-free dressing on a dark green salad, drizzled over grilled vegetables, or as a chicken marinade – the options are endless!”
According to a Litehouse press release, the overall organic refrigerated salad dressing category is growing in popularity at 49 percent.
