Produce supplier Markon Cooperative is adding new features to its mobile app for the produce industry.

The new features include access to Markon's large product catalog, as well as the ability to receive the latest crop reports, industry recall alerts, and other produce-related news, according to a press release. Optional push notifications will allow users to view the latest industry notifications as soon as they are released.
The produce guide feature also gives users access to a large library of produce information and recipes that focus on fresh fruits and vegetables. Other features include trends, hot tips, usage ideas, and nutritional information.
