Sinaloa, Mex. He was 50 years old.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Originally from Gusave, Sinaloa, his term as President would have been completed by next week. He was also President of the Growers Association of the Rio Sinaloa Poniente between 2009 and 2011, as well as a prominent leader in the region of Petatlan, Sinaloa.<hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding">Funeral services are being held in Funeraria El Rosario of Guasave, Sinaloa, today at 5:00 pm.
