LEAMINGTON, ONTARIO, CANADA - With continuous company growth comes the need for an expanded team of experts. Nature Fresh Farms is well aware of this, as the greenhouse provider is supporting its growth in sales and retail partnerships with the appointment of three new Key Account Managers.
First up on the list is Tom Coleman, an experienced proponent of the industry. Coleman most recently worked with Fresh Del Monte Produce, gaining vital experience and understanding of the retail, foodservice, and sales landscapes.
His successful tenure within the produce industry makes him remarkably positioned to lead key partnerships with the Nature Fresh Farms team, a press release explained.
The next newly appointed Manager is Dale Milison, an experienced account manager with 14 years in the produce industry. As Milison steps into this role, he will be tasked with assisting Nature Fresh Farms’ clientele with the growth of new and existing programs.
He will also apply his expertise to identify business opportunities, aid inventory management, and provide action plans and sales forecasts for instrumental sales growth for retail and wholesale accounts.
Last but certainly not least, Thomas Matier is also assuming a new position within Nature Fresh Farms.
Matier brings an extensive background in a variety of strategic roles including sales and category, commodity, and quality management. At Nature Fresh Farms, he will use this expertise to bring fresh insights and focused resolve to new and existing partnerships for the company.
