<p>Ready Pac Foods is welcoming Ali Leon as Senior Director of Marketing within the Food Service division at the company.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Ali will be responsible for the development and execution of short and long term plans that leverage consumer, culinary and customer insights and future trends in her new position. Ali will focus on delivering business/financial requirements and leading cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of products to meet consumer and customer needs, according to a press release.</p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>Ali brings more than 30 years of Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations experience to Ready Pac’s Food Service division. Prior to her new role, Ali held the position as the Vice President of Business Development & National Accounts at Fresh Connect LLC, where she helped to discover and develop new business opportunities in national chain foodservice and retail accounts on behalf of the company’s grower and shipper partners. Preceding her time at Fresh Connect, Ali sharpened her keen skills in the Fresh-Cut Produce Industry with Ready Pac, where she learned to enhance team efficiency and encourage cross-functional harmony. </p><hr class="legacyRuler"><hr class="invisible minimal-padding"><p>“Ali is a stellar example of what hard work and creative insight can get you in the produce industry,” said Ready Pac’s Sr. Vice President of Marketing, Barb Dan. “Her tenacity in implementing key functional initiatives during her time with Ready Pac made an impact that still affects the way we do business every day.
