Tosca Limited has acquired the reusable plastic container division of Georgia-Pacific, LLC, which will expand the company’s offerings to customers in the produce, dairy, beverage, and protein industries.

John Frey, CEO of Tosca, states, “The acquisition of GP RPC allows Tosca to expand its available services to its customers, including food and beverage processers, produce growers, grocery retailers, and foodservice operators.” He continues, “GP RPC’s exceptional team, customer focus, and premier products and services are an ideal fit with Tosca’s existing platform… Our combined companies are well-positioned and capitalized to take advantage of the substantial growth in demand for reusable container pooling services.”

Eric Frank, General Manager who will continue to lead the company’s Atlanta-based produce division, adds, “This union will benefit fresh produce companies. Tosca’s focus as a market leader for RPC’s in multiple industries will bring best practices and accelerate the momentum already established by GP RC in the fresh produce industry. Together our shared values and like-minded practices set the state for a successful future.”

The GP RPC team will join Tosca with this transaction, and all three of GP RPC’s facilities located in Memphis, TN, Garland, TX, and King City, CA, will continue to operate as part of Tosca.
