LAKE MARY, FL - Village Fresh Greenhouse Grown will celebrate 30 years of exhibiting at the produce industry’s premier annual gathering when the company returns to Orlando for the 2026 IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show marking the milestone with its full team, a 24-year show-poster tradition, and a celebration of the people and relationships that have grown alongside the company.
From the days of PMA Fresh Summit to today’s Global Produce & Floral Show, the event has been a fixture on the Village Fresh calendar, bringing together customers, colleagues and partners from throughout the fresh produce industry.
One tradition has become a particularly colorful part of that history, a press release stated. For 24 years, Shirley Chapman has created an original poster for the annual show, capturing the personality of the event, its host city and a moment in time through her artwork.
For 2026, Chapman’s poster celebrates another historic milestone, the 250th anniversary of the United States, with an Orlando-inspired theme featuring NASA’s Artemis program and Florida’s connection to space exploration. The artwork will be featured as part of Village Fresh’s booth in Orlando.
“Creating the poster every year has given me a fun way to capture where we are, where the show is being held and what is happening around us at that moment,” said Shirley Chapman. “This year is especially meaningful with Village Fresh celebrating 30 years at the show and our country celebrating 250 years. After 24 years of posters, it’s wonderful to look back and realize they have become a little history of their own.”
The milestone is also personal for Diane Strohm, Sales Administrator, who has been with the company for more than 30 years and has witnessed much of its evolution firsthand.
“When you’ve been with a company for more than 30 years, you see a tremendous amount of change, new products, new people and new ways of doing business. What stands out to me is how many relationships have endured through all of it,” said Strohm. “Coming together at this show year after year has been an important part of building those connections.”
This year, Village Fresh Greenhouse Grown will have its full team on hand at Booth #3470, bringing together people from across the organization to reconnect with customers and partners and celebrate the milestone.
Village Fresh will also recognize the important role women continue to play across the company and the fresh produce industry as a sponsor of the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Breakfast.
“Thirty years gives us a wonderful history to celebrate, but it’s the people behind those years who make the story meaningful,” said Gisela Saenz, Senior Director of Marketing. “Having our full team together in Orlando, recognizing longtime team members and traditions, and supporting the Women’s Fresh Perspectives Breakfast allows us to celebrate that history while looking ahead to what comes next.”
Visitors to Booth #3470 will also get a taste of what’s happening at Village Fresh today. The show coincides with the company’s new Texas-grown season and another milestone, 15 flavorful years of Heavenly Villagio Marzano®.
Village Fresh will showcase a broad selection of its greenhouse grown tomato, pepper and cucumber portfolio throughout the show, giving customers an opportunity to reconnect with the team, taste the products and talk about the season ahead.
Village Fresh Greenhouse Grown will exhibit at Booth #3470 at the 2026 IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show in Orlando, Florida.
